The Company was established in the year 1991 by the name Abu Kumail Trading & Contracting Company.

• Three Dimension Engineering Consultancy (Presently the company is constructing a 9 floor Commercial cum Residential building in prime location at Al Khuwair behind Musthafa Sultan, Philips showroom. It consist Basement, Ground floor (Showroom) plus 7 floors for renting of readymade office units. Moreover, the company is developing an 8 floor Commercial cum Residential project at Bausher opposite to Muscat Private Hospital. It consist Ground floor (Showroom) plus 7 floors of 3 bedrooms Flats 4 Sale.)
